Cut VAT for the Circular Economy

  • On 25 November, the RREUSE network will run an online session on the newly amended EU VAT Directive. Let Mary know if you’d like to attend with CRNI.

  • Native Events were recognised  IQ Magazine‘s Green Guardians Guide.
  • Refunk have been selected as the Visa Ireland She’s Next Grant recipient in the Sustainability category. The grant is run in partnership with IFundWomen, and aims to address the challenges faced by women entrepreneurs. Read more about it here.
  • Rediscovery Centre have produced an awareness raising video as part of their ACER initiative, it also happens to include a tonne of CRNI members – check it out here.
  • Encirc, Enva, Bryson Recycling and Friends of the Earth have launched a Keep Recycling Local campaign urging authorities to make changes that could save millions and damage the planet less.
  • Reuse Republic took place at IRD Duhallow last week. Read the report.

CRNI’s Green + Social Virtual Trade Fair is funded by Ireland’s Regional Waste Management Plan Offices. This innovative virtual platform is open 24/7 and gives visitors the opportunity to explore green and social procurement opportunities provided by reuse, repair and recycling social enterprises and community-based organisations across Ireland.
