Cork Community Bikes opened a do-it-yourself bicycle workshop in Summer 2007 at Cork Foyer for the community to use. This is open for public sessions where people can bring their bike into the workshop and where there are a good range of tools, new and second-hand parts for use.
There are set prices for parts and a donation is requested to cover the costs of running the workshop and buying tools. We also offer bike repair skill workshops, such as bike maintenance, with tools and guidance if needed. Donated bikes are accepted and are repaired and resold.
