We care about your privacy and have strict safeguards in place to prevent anyone from accessing your personal data. We do not disclose personal information to third parties. Description of the Service

The Community Reuse Network Ireland is the all-island representative body for community based reuse, recycling and waste prevention organisations. The network is funded by the EPA under the Waste Prevention Programme. Our newsletter is compiled and distributed by CRNI’s National Coordinator on behalf of the network.

Information you voluntarily provide

You may give us information about you by subscribing to CRNI’s quarterly newsletter via the website. Only your name and email address is collected when you subscribe to the newsletter and this data is only used for the purposes of sending you a copy of the quarterly newsletter. It is our policy to review all data supplied/obtained and delete that which is not necessary, or which is no longer necessary.

Who has access to your data?

A limited number of CRNI staff (Network Coordinator, support staff from time to time) have access to your personal data. These employees are working in the fields of communication. We do not disclose any personal data to third parties.

How is your data stored?

We use Mailpoet as our marketing platform. Your personal data is stored on our computers and via our online Mailpoet account. Learn more about Mailpoet’s privacy practices here. We take security of personal data seriously and employ appropriate physical and technical measures to protect it. These security measures are reviewed regularly. The rules on confidentiality and protection of personal data are respected during processing Regulation (EC) No 45/2001.

How long do we keep your data?

After you unsubscribe from the newsletter, your personal data is removed from our database within 2 weeks. After this, any data that could lead to your identification will be deleted. Should you wish to remove all of your personal data without delay, please email us at: [email protected]

How can you verify, modify or delete your data?

You can modify your data at any time or unsubscribe from the newsletter.
