MOU on reporting insurance fraud- March 2024:

Late last year the Alliance signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Gardaí for the streamlined reporting by member organisations to the Garda Insurance Fraud Office of suspected instances of insurance fraud. It is hoped this facility will improve the efficiency with which fraudulent claims are reviewed and actioned by the Gardaí, as well as providing members with a one-stop shop to raise insurance fraud concerns. *Please note, this documents should not be make publicly available*
